My career has taken me from marketing to operations to the CEO seat. I’ve led teams through growth and change and experienced the pressure, uncertainty, and responsibility that come with leadership.
Today, as a growth strategist, executive coach, and founder of Loud & Lifted, I bring those lessons into conversations that are approachable, engaging, and grounded in real work.

Betsy Hamm is a growth strategist, executive coach, speaker, and the founder of Loud & Lifted, a women’s leadership platform built around community, events, coaching, workshops, and the Loud & Lifted podcast.
After about 15 years at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Betsy joined Duck Donuts as its marketing leader and went on to serve as COO and CEO. During her tenure, the brand grew from about 20 to nearly 200 locations, including international expansion.
Today, she works with businesses on strategy and growth and with leaders on confidence, communication, and leadership. She lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters.
