Hi, I'm Betsy.
I know what it takes to lead—and how much support matters.
My career has taken me from marketing to operations to the CEO seat. At Duck Donuts, I helped grow the brand from about 20 to nearly 200 locations. Along the way, I learned that leadership takes more than hard work. You need perspective, honest conversations, and people you can turn to.
Today, I'm a growth strategist, executive coach, and speaker. I created Loud & Lifted to help women grow as leaders, build meaningful connections, and stop feeling like they have to figure it all out alone.

A monthly, in-person peer leadership experience. Up to 10 women, 2.5 hours, facilitated by me: honest conversation, real support and a clear next step every month.
I have plenty of people I can talk to, but very few places where I can be completely honest about what’s hard. In this room, I don’t have to have the answer or act like I’ve got everything handled. These women get it.
