Inside a session

Reflection, then action

  1. 1Facilitated discussion on leadership and growth
  2. 2Honest talk about real wins and current challenges
  3. 3Peer insight and outside perspective
  4. 4Live problem-solving on what's in front of you
  5. 5A clear commitment to carry into next month

Facilitated by me, a former CEO turned growth strategist and leadership coach.

In this Circle, we say the hard things, ask the real questions, and show up as we actually are, not as we think we're supposed to be. We challenge each other with honesty.
We champion each other with intention.
We listen without judgment.
We offer perspective, not performance.
We protect the trust in the room.
This is a space for real conversation, real support and real growth. That's what makes the Circle work.

Professional development that keeps going

Unlike a one-time seminar, Circles build leadership habits month after month. Many organizations support it as an investment in developing and retaining women leaders.

  • • Stronger confidence and leadership presence
  • • Better communication and tough conversations
  • • Sharper decision-making and follow-through
  • • Broader, cross-industry perspective

Questions women ask

Which Circle is right for me?

If you're a manager or growing into leadership, start with the Rising Leaders Circle. If you're an executive or own a business, the Senior Leaders + Owners Circle is built for you. Not sure? That's what our conversation is for.

Is there a Circle near me?

Circles are growing throughout Central PA. Reach out and tell me where you are. I’ll help you find the Circle that fits, or let you know when a new one forms near you.

What's the commitment?

One 2.5-hour, in-person session a month. You start with a 3-month commitment, then continue month to month.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Protecting the trust in the room is one of the Circle's core agreements.

Can my company pay for it?

Many women use professional development funds. I’m happy to help with the approval conversation.

How do I join?

Share your interest, we talk, and we find the right Circle for you. That conversation is where you get all the details and make sure it's the right fit.

I have plenty of people I can talk to, but very few places where I can be completely honest about what’s hard. In this room, I don’t have to have the answer or act like I’ve got everything handled. These women get it.
